Born in Barbados, Ronda migrated to the United States and became a certified cosmotologist in New York City. With over ten years experience, Ronda became one of the industry’s leading experts in hair extensions and the Bio Ionic hair retexturizing Hydration System. Mentored by “Piny of Beverly Hills” in Hot Fusions strand by strand techniques, Ronda advance herself in the cold fusion strand by strand technique by becoming Hairlocs and Balmain certified.
Worked as a hairstylist in midtown Manhattan’s prestigious Pierre Michel salon, Ronda is a much sought after talent.

Ronda believes that it is important to be aware of the latest trends as well as new products available on the market. Constantly educating herself and keeping a watchful eye on both style and product, Ronda remains on the cutting edge in the hair industry.
